A Poem for Thomas

Who knew this can be a pillow?

I slipped into the hazy realms of semi-sleep
in the Athenaeum
the silent murmurs of its inhabitants
a haunting lullaby
weaving themselves into my imagination
colouring my dreams
in shades of pastel
as Thomas Calculus
gently held my heavy head in his hands.

Credits to the poet: Turga

PS: Can't resist to post this
PSS: Damn it, why am I wasting time doing this rather than my English assignment
PSSS: ERHMAGAD! Malaysian studies after this!
